    Hi
     I purchased one of their products in Chile, I can not make the registration

    the product purchased is MaxiDas - ds708, there isnot in the option (dropdownList) when  i try to do registration

     I just registered my ds708 yesterday and this is what i did from my PC, First you have to register online. Then select Product Registration. then under Your Account go to PC Suite and down load the PC suite for the MaxiDas  v6.21. install and from there open the icon for ds708 update,(mine went to the desktop automatically) it will make you log in with your log in info for this site,follow it from there, i think click update and it ask's for the ds708 SD card. do as it tells you to and you update what you want, when you put the SD card back in the DS708 you should get a different message telling you what to do and a green screen message box as an example and to reboot the DS708. You should then get that green screen and let it do it's thing and you should be good from there. if you connecting through WiFi select UPDATE and see if you DONT get the not registered message. Hope this helps

     hi guys,

    unfortunately I have lost my sd card from new and cant register the ds708 as I only have the serial number and need the register password. if anyone could help I would be much appreciated?

    Please send the serial No. to support@autel.com and our tech support will check the register password for you.

     received and no registration goes to a page saying server error. Great thanks for that. Then it says do it through your computer. OK so i register online and then go to machine and it says needs registering. CRAP. OK so I read more bullshit pages and after spending five hours without a working machine that I PAID FOR, I ring auto uk and they say it was a grey import machine and can't help me. They put the phone down saying sorry. OK fantastic. Only in the call they say the machine is old now and the support for it has long since expired. OK restoring faith NOT. So finally I wanted to send the files from my mac across to the machine. I know mac can't run it, but no windows machine. I don't think I can send the files to it. So I have asked paypal to demand my money back from them. Well done Autel. Also I tried web chat and guess what? That doesn't work either.

     They also sent it to me with the country being Russian, so I had to go by images, hoping to find a way to turn it to english. They sent it to UK and programmed it into Russian. Then they included an English pamphlet which says quick start and showed it plugged into the car, within five steps and working. I plugged mine into my Astra 07 and my bow 320 and the screen was just white without anything displayed on it. This pamphlet was in English and the booklet, or instructions 60 page or something in Russian. Shit service.
